All property owners in Harrisville Borough received a letter last year (2025) explaining the property tax adjustments for 2026 and 2027 to correct for an error in property tax collected in 2024. Included in that letter was a process for obtaining a property tax rebate if a property is sold during this time period. A copy of that letter is found below.
